RETURNS POLICIES


Terms and Conditions


We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of goods that are still in original packaging and un-damage.  Worn items are only eligible for an in-store credit if undamaged and ready for resale. You must contact Piston Society staff prior to return. Items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt. 

Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging, any items returned without packaging may be liable for an administration charge or refused. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition.   

We cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized e.g. special order

Goods must be returned with relevant promotional/free gifts.

Piston Society reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of goods deemed to have been purchased for anything other than private use.  This includes agencies, individuals and companies using the Piston Society ecommerce platform and returns process to procure goods for commercial purposes.

Refunds


If you wish for a refund of the amount, the maximum term for requesting a refund is of 14 working days as of the date of reception of the order. The product has to be checked by Piston Society and must be in non use conditions and with the original packaging.


The refund will be made using the original payment method.


Defective product


If you receive a defective product you must contact Piston Society staff. Once Piston Society checks the product it will be changed immediately by a new brand article. Piston Society assumes the shipments costs. Items to be returned due to defects from the manufacturer must be discussed with us prior to return (phone or email) and is subject to review and confirmation of defect.
